On June 12th, we had the privilege of designing, producing, and coordinating the annual Kick Off 2026 event for Volkswagen Group Service, a corporate gathering that brought together more than 600 employees at the stunning Masia Rosàs venue in Sant Cugat del Vallès, near Barcelona.
At Diverevents, we managed the project from start to finish, overseeing the event concept, supplier sourcing and coordination, production of visual and communication materials, as well as the full operational management of the event throughout the day.
The experience began with a seamless registration and welcome process, ensuring a smooth arrival for all attendees. Participants then joined an internal meeting session where the company’s General Director presented the key objectives, strategic priorities, and upcoming developments for the next business year.
Following the meeting, guests moved to the outdoor catering area, which was transformed into a vibrant networking and entertainment space. The catering service was provided by Cal Blay, offering a high-quality gastronomic experience for all attendees.
To create a memorable and engaging atmosphere, we designed an entertainment area featuring funfair attractions, an inflatable surf simulator, a Wheel of Fortune game, branded photocall experiences, and live music performances. These activities encouraged interaction, team spirit, and a relaxed environment among colleagues.
The celebration continued inside the historic venue, where DJ Smeritt welcomed attendees for the grand finale. His performance brought energy and excitement to the closing moments of an event filled with inspiration, connection, and celebration.
This project once again showcases Diverevents’ ability to deliver large-scale corporate events, combining strategy, creativity, production expertise, and attendee engagement to transform business meetings into truly memorable brand experiences.
