At Diverevents, we had the privilege of collaborating with Schenker, one of the world’s leading logistics companies, for their participation in the Seafood Expo Global held at IFEMA, Madrid. For this key event in the seafood industry, we delivered a turnkey project that included the design, production, and installation of their corporate stand, as well as the complete technical and administrative coordination with IFEMA.
Our work began with the conceptual design of the stand, aimed at reflecting the brand’s core values of innovation, reliability, and global reach. Based on that vision, we created a modern, elegant, and highly functional space, with dedicated areas for meetings, client engagement, and branded communication—resulting in a clean, professional, and visually impactful environment.
During the production phase, every detail was carefully managed: high-quality materials, appropriate lighting, and the integration of graphic and digital elements were all selected to strengthen Schenker’s visual identity. The on-site installation was executed with precision and within the scheduled deadlines, fully complying with the venue’s technical specifications and regulations.
We also handled the entire coordination process with IFEMA, including permit management, logistics access, technical supervision, and safety compliance—ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for the client.
The final result was a stand that not only stood out for its design and functionality but also served as a strategic meeting point for clients and partners, enhancing Schenker’s visibility and impact at one of the industry’s most important international trade fairs.
