Deporvillage

Brand activation in Barcelona’s marathon

At Diverevents, we were proud to conceptualize, design, produce, and install one of the most impactful brand activations at the Barcelona Marathon: the Deporvillage promotional space, created for one of the leading brands in the sports retail industry. For this occasion, we built a fully branded 200-square-meter experience, designed to engage runners and strengthen the brand's presence at one of Spain’s premier sporting events.

The activation featured several key elements. A standout attraction was the large prize wheel, which invited public participation and offered branded giveaways in a fun and interactive way. We also created a motivational “goal wall”, where runners could write down their personal target times for the race—adding a human, emotional touch that connected deeply with the running community.

Another focal point of the space was a product display zone, where we used custom-designed podiums to showcase the brand’s best-selling running shoes, offering visitors a closer look at Deporvillage’s top products in an eye-catching setting.

From a visual identity perspective, we produced a range of branded backdrops, fully aligned with Deporvillage’s image, as well as large-scale branding elements such as giant helium balloons, flags, promotional materials for the official pacers, and other high-visibility assets that ensured strong and consistent brand impact throughout the event.

At Diverevents, we oversaw every aspect of the project: creative design, production, on-site logistics, installation, and full event coordination. The result was a vibrant, immersive, and functional space that not only attracted thousands of visitors but also left a lasting, positive impression of the Deporvillage brand.
