Nursing Day in Spain

At Diverevents, we had the honor of designing and executing a nationwide promotional campaign for the General Council of Nursing of Spain, in celebration of International Nurses Day on May 12. The goal of this campaign was to raise awareness about the vital role of nurses, spark public curiosity, and bring the profession closer to the people in an engaging, creative, and impactful way.

The campaign involved a simultaneous action across all provincial capitals in Spain, representing a significant logistical and operational challenge. On May 10, two days before the celebration, we installed a 3-meter-tall inflatable question mark in a key, high-traffic location in each city. This mysterious figure, displayed without any logos or messaging, was designed to provoke curiosity and intrigue among passersby, inviting them to ask questions and wonder about its purpose.

Then, on May 12, International Nurses Day, these same spaces were transformed into interactive information pointswith branded tents. Visitors could stop by to learn about the nursing profession, engage in educational and fun activities, and receive promotional gifts. One of the most popular elements was a “wheel of fortune” giveaway, which helped create a lively, inclusive, and festive atmosphere.

At Diverevents, we handled the entire production, coordination, and execution of the campaign: from the initial creative concept and the manufacturing of the inflatable question marks and tents, to the national logistics, city permits, on-site setup and dismantling, and real-time monitoring of the activations in every location.

This campaign stands as a powerful example of how a well-executed idea can generate impact, engagement, and emotional connection with the public—while honoring the essential work of nursing professionals across the country.
